Shower Adaptation – November 2015

Dear Lily,

Our comments about our fitter:

On opening the door, he introduced himself and shook our hands, a friendly start. Steve then told us that the installation would take more than the 5 days, an honest assessment. He then covered all carpet that lead to the bathrooms with plastic overlay. Then ordered parts in the garage, tools up stairs and down to work.

The next few days established to us that not only was Steve friendly, discussing each stage but that he was a professional worker and we could not have a better person to complete our bathroom.

The work was completed on the following Monday, the result was excellent. It exceeded our expectations, we could not wait to experience our walk in shower. Steve should be thanked for his hard work and giving us complete satisfaction.

Mark said you only employed the best and that was true in every sense.

If only all jobs such as this were exectued with the same professional expertise.

In addition to responding to the questionnaire, I felt that I should write to express our appreciation of your services. There was no hard sell from Mark and he kept the appointment as arranged and was very helpful in explaining the details.

Paul arrived as arranged and was very efficient, apart from the obvious machinery noise, proceeded with the work as agreed.

He and the electrician (sorry, name escapes me) were very tidy in all that they did and when they had finished on Wednesday, the only way of knowing that they had been was the new shower installation.

Visitors who have called since have remarked on the neatness of the system and would obviously bear this in mind if and when they need something similar.
