The fitter, Paul, worked diligently the whole time on installing the shower room. Paul was not only methodical and clean and tidy; his work was to a very high standard. All the tools were kept well away from everyone’s path, so that no one tripped over. Paul listened to what was said to him and to any questions asked. Paul was very obliging and nothing was too much trouble for him. Paul was polite and calm the entire time he worked in the shower room, there was no swearing or foul language. I would not hesitate in recommending Paul.

Well done Nightingale Bathrooms – you recently upgraded both of our bathrooms and they look amazing. We were a little disappointed at first that we had to wait for such a long lead time before the work could be started but it was worth the wait. The project from start to finish was well managed; the fitter Steve was hard working and diligent making sure we understood what he was doing and what the options were if issues arose. We always felt that he had listened and taken note of any issues we were concerned about and put them right where necessary. It is rare nowadays to find service quality from start to finish and we heartily recommend Nightingale Bathrooms and Steve in particular for making the transformation of our bathrooms possible and leaving a tidy and clean house at the end of the project.

Wet Room/Bathroom Installation – June 2023
Dear Katie
I have just received a letter from you requesting feedback after having my new bathroom installed. We live in a world where feedback is always sort and I will be honest in saying that I usually just ignore such requests. However, as I was very impressed with the service I received from Nightingale Bathrooms, I thought I aught to respond to your request.
Keith, your technical surveyor, had the patience of a saint as I mulled over the different options available to me and not once showed any signs of despair as I changed my mind yet again.
Steve, your fitter, was prompt and polite and he was always meticulous in his workmanship. Steve was also great at keeping me involved, asking for my opinions on the height things should go etc and letting me kow what was going to happen next.
And Lily, just ensured everything went smootly and was always there, politely responding to my random emails.
The outcome is that I have a bathroom that I am very pleased with and believe it will evolve with the needs of the household.

Hi Nightingales
I am writing to express my thanks to Tony our fitter, who installed a higher WC for us.
I specifically asked for Tony to come back to fit our new WC, Tony was our original fitter, installing a complete walk-in bathroom for us a few years ago. Tony completed the install in just a few hours, he also hoovered and tidied as he went. You would never have known he had been here (apart from the new loo obviously!!).
Tony also went the extra mile as he replaced the mastic around our shower tray.

Raised Height Bidet System – May 2023
Dear Sir or Madam
We have recently had a toilet/bidet fitted, supplied by Nightingale Bathrooms.
Paul the fitter was very punctual and easy to talk to and able to answer any queries we had. Would have completed in a day but found when he came to fit the toilet that the bidet part did not correspond with toilet. He assured us it would be resolved which it was and he duly completed the fit the following day. Making sure we had a functioning toilet for over night.
