This is to express our thanks for the work carried out in refurbishing our bathroom, mainly in order to accommodate a walk-in shower.

We are grateful for the professional and courteous service of all from beginning to end – for the survey and suggestions from Mark, the help from Lily and the office staff and for the quality of work, attention to detail and care taken by Tony. Despite the unavoidable upheaval Tony worked unobtrusively, removing the old bath, tiles and other rubbish and cleaning daily. We were consulted during the process and despite the blip that was beyond your control the company went above and beyond to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
