Walk-in Bath – December 2020

Steve worked in my bungalow for two days to remove the bath and install a smaller walk-in bath/shower. He arrived each morning at the time he said he would, was pleasant and polite. He worked as tidily as possible and when he went home on the first day he left the room clean and tidy so it was available for use until the next morning. He made a very good job of laying the flooring and matching and fixing the tiles where the old bath had been.

I was very satisfied with the finished work and would recommend him to others for similar work.

Ensuite Shower Room – August 2020

Dear Neil

I wanted to thank you very much for giving me great ideas and options for my ensuite. They have worked out so well, I’m really pleased.

The panels are something I wouldn’t have thought of and seem so much better than stripping everything out completely. The whole room looks bigger and brighter with the floor tiles being light, the difference is amazing!

The shower is so much easier to use and the shower itself being slightly bigger is great! And having a corner entry on the cabinet, perfect!

Nobody in the past has recommended a larger shower tray! Marvellous!

Tony, the fitter was great too, very efficient, did a fantastic job in such a confined space in boiling hot weather!

I’m thinking of painting the extractor fan to make it tone in better, maybe I should have had the ceiling done after all! Still, that’s for another day!

We are very pleased with our new bathroom and would like to thank Neil and all the staff for your help and assistance from the initial contact to completion.

However, we would like to add a special thank you to Tom, the fitter. From the day he arrived and introduced himself he did everything possible to keep the inconvenience of the new fitment to a minimum. He always arrived on time and worked continually all day until it was time to go home, when he would put everything away and leave the place clean and tidy. He asked where we would like the towel rail/mirror etc. to be fitted and advised us when he became aware of any problems during the fitting out. It also became clear that he was someone we could trust and leave alone in the house whilst we went out. His excellent workmanship means that we now have a lovely bathroom and we would certainly recommend him as an asset to your company.
